Baby # 2 due October 4th. I'm about 12 weeks long. Things appear to be developing as they should. A major blessing!

Ditto! I was slowly going through the pics of Meri, thinking how she's grown and how she's still so pretty and looks like such a sweet girl with an inner joy, how I want to play in the puddle with her.... then I saw the ultrasound pics and tears welled up. I'm so happy for you, Emily. Lots of prayers and good energy to surround you during this pregnancy for it to be smooth and healthy and a gentle entry into the world for this baby. I'd hug you if I could, but know that I'm sending circles of prayers to you. All my very best wishes - and thank you for sharing with us!

Thanks so much everyone! We are beyond excited. I go back in a few weeks for another u/s, just to check on things. And my OB said she "may" be able to tell what we're having.

Oh and the puddle she is splashing in is what is left over of the 13.5 inches of water that we accumulated in our basement. Our sump pump broke on Sunday in the middle of the storm and we came very close to losing our furnace. We literally had about 30 minutes to spare when we got the replacement put in. So stressful. But at least there is some fun as a results: puddle splashing :)
