Oh, Gina, those pictures are the best! They remind me of Mick and our youngest. I think Eli feels the same way about RC.

Gina -- today for me those pictures just plain solidify the rightness of certain things in the universe .... unconditional love just plain sets a bunch of stuff "ok". Thanks.

He does. He feeds her every night and hasn't forgotten once, since I "gave" her to him a few months back. That is a big accomplishment for him...usually he forgets things that don't directly relate to himself or his needs lol. He also likes to hold her leash (with my help) when we walk her....very sweet.

That is just adorable! I never saw a beagle with that coloring before. I'm so used to the tri-color. :P

they are probably the 2nd most common color pattern...but not often seen I guess...I have had a few in my time in Beagles. They have a different personality...bigger than life, like most redheads, lol. RC's granny was a red.

I haven't been around many beagle's so that could be why I haven't seen them haha. Well she's adorable! I love that coloring.

So sweet!! I wish one of our dogs would play with the kids more. They weren't raised with kids so they do their best to stay out of the way. RC is just too cute!

So, so cute! Elias will remember his love for that dog even when he is grown with his own family. Many cherished memories will be made...

I love the pics--they made me smile and reminded my of the first dog we had when I was in 1st or 2nd grade--a wonderful beagle named "Spot" (very original name :-). I still remember the day she came home (and it was a few years ago!). We learned how to take care of her from the start--good life lessons!
