    Wow, what a difference!

Its coming up on a year since we adopted Sammy.  I was just browsing through my photobucket account and came upon this pic, which was just a couple weeks after we adopted him:

And this is what he looks like now (yeah, its really from Christmas, but its the most recent non-snowy pic I have, lol):

When I just saw that first pic again, I was really shocked at the difference in his coat and overall condition.   I know its not much compared to the progress others have made that have been through really rough times, but I had honestly forgotten that he looked that bad when we got him!

    Good work, Sammy boy! Smile

Wow!  What are you feeding him, if you don't mind me asking?

Wow!  He looks really great!  I'm sure you are happy to see this change.  I was just looking a pics of Finn from when I got him last May and the difference is more than I remembered too.

Not at all. Smile  Both boys eat Orijen Adult.

What I think is amazing, really, and hard to tell in the 2nd pic because it doesn't show his whole body, is his muscle tone now.  He looks like a track runner now, lean and mean, lol.  Whereas before he had barely any tone at at all.

There were also these big bald spots on his ears from scratching at an ear infection he developed at the shelter.  When I really think back on it, he really looked pretty sorry then.  But all we saw was a sweetie pie with a heart of gold who got along with Harry from the moment they met, and that's all we cared about.  I still can't believe what a handsome boy he has become, though.  I loves me this dog. Smile
