I can hardly wait till I can post some pictures of Dusty looking better.  Then I'll have to hit Candace..errr Jezebel up for a new siggie 

Ditto on everything positive everyone's said--I'm so glad Dusty is safe and in your loving care. Playing and beagle nosing--now that's a great thing! Frisby is having an extra cookie in Dusty's honor this afternoon.

DH had a girlfriend that together they bought an AKC labrador as young couples tend to do. but she accused him of cheating(turned out her friend lied to her) but she left him, took the dog, had it bred, then sold all the puppies.... after they resolved the cheating/lying friend issue they got married but divorced a year later anyway(SHE was cheating haha) but she took the dog with her. he found out from his sister in law that the new guy was mean to the dog, kicking her around and just being a jerk because apparently he didnt like that his wife had shared this dog with another man..... people are so dumb and selfish..... DH still misses that dog.

That's so sad.  :(  A friend of mine (and her dog) lived with a roommate for a while and his girlfriend didn't like my friend's dog because the guy's last girlfriend had known and spent time with the dog.  People are too weird.  I just don't get that.

 So glad to hear Dusty was feeling playful! Best wishes to that cutie for a full recovery. Please give her some love from me!

i just dont think i could be happy with someone like either of those people..... first off if you kick my dog then your body will not be found.... sorry. but thats how it is. and if you are JEALOUS of my dog??? good lord, what a warped personality!

I will, I messaged Candi last night but she hadn't been in yesterday, so she said she'd check today and let me know what's going on.

Oh!  Today is tomorrow.  Any news???

 Nothing yet.  She's supposed to talk to the ACO when she goes to work on Tuesday.  I'm anxious to find out what they say.

 Ok, latest update.  Unfortunately, nothing interesting.  ACO didn't make it out Saturday.  As of yesterday they haven't been out at all.  Candi doesn't work again till next Saturday, so I won't know anything else until then.  I'm kinda bummed they haven't gone out there, I feel *almost* like there was no point in even saying anything. 

But gotta keep focusing on the good, I've got Dusty and she's already doing much better.  Only a few days left on the UTI meds and she has had NO ACCIDENTS this week.  She seems to completely remember the house-breaking she did before.  It is so exciting.

 that happens sometimes with the ACO. dont chalk it up to being pointless. there be something very important they are handling and will follow up in their own time. at least i hope so!

and yes! i'm glad she wasnt traumatized by the whole thing!

Good point!  I will remind myself that when I get frustrated.  And you're probably right, b/c I think there are only 2 of them and they probably handle the whole county.
