I think this is great!

I was on one of the local no kill shelters website (looking for any job openings) and found this under the events section:

"Pit Bulls: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

Pit bulls. Some people love them. Other people hate them. We all need to better understand them. Join Animal Friends as we welcome nationally recognized Paul Miller for this informative program on pit pulls.
Paul Miller currently serves as the Executive Director for the Humane Society of Washington County in Hagerstown, MD. He has over 30 years experience in the field of animal welfare, including his work for local and national organizations and for several animal equipment companies. His areas of expertise, several of which he has qualified as a court expert, include dog and cock fighting, animals in disasters, livestock transportation, USDA dealers, puppy mills, pit bull behavior, animal crimes, animal control and specialty animal events. He is an instructor for the National Animal Control Association and was a founding board member of the nationally acclaimed Collective Humane Action & Information Network (C.H.A.I.N.) magazine. Now, Paul Miller joins Animal Friends to help our community better understand a breed that has been the victim of all too many misunderstandings."

I just think its great that they are educating the community about pitbulls.
