Chiffon ribbon

• Chiffon ribbon meilani Posted : 5/5/2006 3:21:58 PM I have a problem. I just love those "party collars" and want to make a bunch for my dogs. I got the pattern, got the rhinestones and what not but I can't find chiffon ribbon. I've been to Hancock Fabrics, Joann Fabrics and Michaels and they either don't carry it or have a very limited selection. Does anyone know where I can buy it? I need to buy it in 1 and 1/2 width and I'm trying to find all sorts of colors. I'd appreciate any help!
