Wisdom for us, good thots & prayers for Ms. Kee please

Callie, you have always been so supportive and kind to everyone here as they have loved and lost. I want to say something special and meaningful because you are a very special person in my book. But I have no words other than 'Sorry'. The word may be short but know there is much love, respect and admiration packed into those 5 letters.

Run free, Ms Kee. You will be missed as much as you were loved.

Callie:  peace to you and David.

    Run free sweet Ms. Kee.

I was thinking of little Kee Shu all morning.  I'm so happy she made the crossing in peace and comfort and that Foxy and Mi Shu are waiting to guide her.  Imagine the stories Kee Shu is telling her new friends now!

I'm sending some prayers and calming vibes to you and your family.

My thoughts are with you Callie and your family.

Run Free Kee Shu and kick up the wind with your new friends.

Ms Kee:  Please run free, fast, snuggle with Foxy and eat to your hearts' content.

Billy, Luna, and Tink:  Snuggle with each other and Mom and Dad.  It won't feel so strange after a while.

Callie and David:  Time will take away the sting.  I know you know this.  It's never easy no matter the circumstances.  I'm glad it was a peaceful crossing for everyone.  Kee was one lucky old girl to have landed in your laps.  You made up for the rotten early years she had.

Even when expected....it still makes my jaw hurt and puts a knot in my stomach.  Run free beautiful girl.  Find Codycoe amoungst all the others and give her a kiss for me.

Callie and David....many strong squeezes {{{hugs}}} to you for everything you do for yours and ours.

I wish my 'inner Callie' was working and I could figure out some perfect thing to say that would help in anyway.  Since it's not, I'll stumble along and hopefully in my rambling you'll be able to pick out my meaning.  I am so happy for Ms Kee Shu to have found you.  Her time w/ you may have been short, but w/ all that was accomplished (doesn't seem that long ago, she wasn't into human comfort but yesterday you were able to hold and feed her, yay!) I can tell she felt as loved as any dog could be.  As always it was a hard choice, but I know Kee knew you only wanted the absolute best for her.  Many, many hugs for you and David

Ms Kee, enjoy the bridge, it will be fabulous.  If you see Mystic, I'm sure she'll tell you that it's great there, b/c you don't have to be anxious or scared of anything.  Even though you didn't meet most of us, you will be so missed.

Callie, words escape me.  All I can say is RUNNNN free, Miss Kee!

((warmest hugs)) to you & David.

I'm thinkin about now, she's asking somebuddy how come there aren't any baby gates up there in the Meadow ... she really kinda LIKED bashing thru stuff.  So hopefully she gets invited to play some 'bash em' puppy games -- cos she seemed to have quite an affinity for young things of any species.

Now running?  She always was kind of a "scrubbing bubble" (sorry -- I've seen too many old commercials) but trust me -- she's dogging Foxy's heels everywhere (and he's probably waiting for her).

But I can just imagine Old Mike tha Dog saying to Prissy "Man -- the old Mostlie Sheltie's got it BAD ... who KNEW???  Foxy with a girlfriend?      hoooooooo, boggles the doggie MIND!!!" (to which Miss Priss woulda told him to lay off ... he's just wishin it was him!!)

as the next few days will be quite the adjustment for you all.

Shadowsgin -- you got that in one.  tonight I gotta go home and put away lactated ringers, needles & hose kits, a ton of shampoo and a scad of little lap robes and WOW - I GET MY TOWELS BACK!!!!!

David said to  me last night late "Oh yeah -- I just thot -- have we ... in ALL the TONS of paper towels and laundry soap that we've gone thru in the past 9+ months oof Kee's incontinence -- have we BOUGHT any stock in Bounty, etc.??  If so ... it's time to SELL, Wife ... cos their stock is about to go DOWN now without our support!!"

[all this musing just to bring sunshine to the sadness in my heart this morning -- I got used to those little peke cuddles and sighs]

I'm so sorry Callie, but I'm glad everything went peacefully and smoothly for Miss Kee.  Run free pretty girl. Broken Heart
