I used to be careful also. Now that the kids are older, it doesn't worry me anymore. 

I used to be super open online, but, since ex-boyfriend stalker guy popped back up from oblivian, I have been working to make myself dissappear...myspace account...gone....facebook account....super high privacy setting on...my dissapearance will be complete next month when I officially become Mrs. [hard to spell, incredibly foreign fiance's last name].

 Keep in mind, it doesn't happen right away, but those internet name searches will link your maiden to your married name eventually.
