 So sorry to hear the news... I agree it should be reported to the police.

Sending lots of healing thoughts to Joker... you know we're all pulling for him. And Cheyanne, too.

Kim, I don't know what to say about Joker and Cheyenne.  I'll pray for their survival.

Has Fynn been there?  Cujo?  Do they know who the hunters were?  Did they have permission to hunt on your property (that's not crazy -- my grandparents used to lease their land FOR hunting and my Grand-dad would send the boys out every year if one of the braggarts mentioned "One that got away" cos my grandpa always taught them  NEVER EVER leave an animal to suffer. 

Prosecute.  Even if you know them.  That is beyond heinous and SO irresponsible.

On the one hand I'm happy that you found the source.  On the other hand, I'm so angry that people could be so irresponsible.  I sure hope that after you've taken care of your furkids, that you can take some legal action against the idiots who did this.

Oh how I wish you knew who did this.  Do you?  I would have a very hard time not "self-prosecuting."  And, I would have an even harder time keeping my DH from doing the same.  Please call the police and report them.  This is horrible.  Strong prayers for you and Cheyanne and Joker.
