Freeze lasagna after you cook it.  But let it sit and cool before you cut it, that way the juices stay in rather than just running out.  It helps if you let your lasagna cool down and then do a quick warm before serving from fresh too.  But at least let it set up out of the oven for a  good 15 minutes before serving.

Julie, I wish I could do that with Onyx.  She's developed a taste for baby socks and kleenex again.  She will even take the baby's sock right off her foot!  Kelci has really skinny feet and her socks as a result are very loose so Onyx just nibbles the toe and pulls it right off!  But anyway, she can swallow those stupid things whole and I'm sick of having 27 one sided baby socks!  I lose enough in the freakin dryer!  I finally got a net baggy thing for the wash, its nice to get back every sock I put in .

Ya'll are not going to believe this, and I just now had a chance to log in here, but I'm heating up a Stouffer's Lasagna for dinner. There must be some kind of theme today.

I was late getting on here because as soon as I got home and fed Shadow, I had to print of the lastest set of grandbaby pics of our granddaughter and get them up to DW at work to show off to people. (In retail, schedules are often crazy, so you have to strike while the iron is hot.
