Potstickers for lunch...you?

    Potstickers....mmmhmmmm....and sauce....mmhhhmmmmm. Did you make the sauce or did it come with?

     I had tuna, egg and dill pickle all cut up with some light mayo, on nothing, no bread, no crackers.....nothing...waahaa

    But for dinner I am having seasoned pork chops, at least 1 1/2 inch thick with corn on the cob....grilled.

     

    Any pork chops for me?!! I love pork chops but dont cook them much because JJ wants red meat all the time.

    And what was wrong with your lunch? I love eating tuna with everything you listed without bread or crackers.

    they can be steamed or fried (saute'd is probably more accurate) and are native to several oriental cuisines - fillings might be chicken, shrimp, veggies, pork etc.  the sauce is usually a soy sauce/chili sauce(oil)/sesame oil mix

     you might find some in the frozen section of your supermarket - wqe have a large Chinese supermarket here that is where I get them

     I had the outer edges of a roll for lunch, along with some brocoli and carrots. I don't eat ham, which is what was inside the roll, and couldn't eat the whole roll, because it had ham juice on the inside.

    I skipped lunch today.  We had Thai turkey burgers for dinner tonight.  DH made them with an excellent warm pineapple salsa.  I ate two, no I feel sick.  Oh well, they were good at the time!

    so easy to make!!!

    ground pork or chicken, garlic, little ginger, Nilla (kind of garlic shoot) chinese cabbage, goma, (sesame oil, A DASH!!!) Shitake or dried black shrooms, wrap a teaspoon in a wonton skin and freeze for when needed!

    My wife and I make a Sh!!tload for the freezer! 150-200 at a time!! just throw in a pan with HOT oil (still frozen) when you want some, then throw in 1/2 cup of water after they start to sizzle a bit,cover.... when the H2O is gone and they are brown....pig out!!!

     My wife is Chinese and she burns water on a regular basis....(she couldn't feed a starving man a cupfull of air!!!) but she can still make these!!!

    Stay away from the frozen food section, some time and effort and you can make your own!!! (they taste better
