so easy to make!!!
ground pork or chicken, garlic, little ginger, Nilla (kind of garlic shoot) chinese cabbage, goma, (sesame oil, A DASH!!!) Shitake or dried black shrooms, wrap a teaspoon in a wonton skin and freeze for when needed!
My wife and I make a Sh!!tload for the freezer! 150-200 at a time!! just throw in a pan with HOT oil (still frozen) when you want some, then throw in 1/2 cup of water after they start to sizzle a bit,cover.... when the H2O is gone and they are brown....pig out!!!
My wife is Chinese and she burns water on a regular basis....(she couldn't feed a starving man a cupfull of air!!!) but she can still make these!!!
Stay away from the frozen food section, some time and effort and you can make your own!!! (they taste better
