"she will eb laying down, head on the ground, eyes closed, you think she is in her own world and then BAM one person will walk by and she'll bolt up for kisses and lovin. It really scares the crap out of people and me, LOL.
That is funny! And this dog could possibly have been this kind of friendly...But I could not tell, I do not know this dog from Adam.

Well this dog was standing stock still. However...

You know the dog moved out into the middle of the street, from this neighbors house, and I did not really see that side of the dog, but who knows, Maybe we startled him to standing still, LOL!
I just feel lucky that we didn't end up in a big ole dog battle. My female probably would have run off(i would have had to let go my leashes and let the dogs go, as I am no martyr!), but the male would have stood his ground and taken a beating from the jaws on that puppy, but believe he could inflict some real damage if he had to back at him The thing is that even if this strange dog was as sweet as honey, my boy is not tolerant of other males sniffing his sister and getting too friendly. And I do not know if that dog was intact or any thing else...Just that it was a strange loose dog with not real identifiable emotion or intention on him..But the standing still thing was unusual for me to ever see esp. after all of the wracket, hollering.. and kicking of the trash barrel...And nothing...Either somebody was very much home or not at all. ; )
