Is the tail still flying a half-staff? 

he has moments of it up,  it's favorite position, but sometimes it still looks just pathetic and its terribly crooked now.  It is much, much better but I still would say it won't be a shock if at some point down the road he winds up getting it docked.  

When he saw that bird in the bushes it was straight up in his 'normal' position but it just flopped then - just wish we could figure out what he problem was! 

I swear, Bugsy is one of my fav. dogs on here. She is so expressive and I love all your stories about him. I hope his tail problems get figured out soon.

Thanks Julie - as a guess it won't ever look the same  - that's OK I just want it to not hurt him or cause any health problems - the vet said the can get nasty internal infections from tail injuries.  So we'll see!

He has definitely got personality
