    Everyone can throw things at me also... I've always been one of those people that can eat whatever, whenever, and not gain an ounce. I agree with the others about strength training. Muscle weighs more than fat, or so I've heard.

    Have you had your thyroid tested? You could have hyperthyroidism - where your thyroid is overactive. Just a thought.

    It's true muscle does weigh more than fat. I would suggest weight training as well. Just light weights with a lot of repetitions. That's what I do and I weigh more but its muscle, but at the same time, muscle burns calories constantly so in your case, I really don't know. It's worth a shot though!
