    Labrador events in New England?

Does anyone know of any upcoming Labrador Retriever events in the New England area? Being NH,MA,VT,ME and possibly CT. Even if there as far as next Fall, I wanna know!

You can find listings of upcoming events in the back of Dog Fancy Magazine.  I think Dog World has them, too.  I use this site to check for upcoming events: http://www.infodog.com/showinfo/showCal.htm  Also, check the sites of local Labrador clubs in your area.

    Hi everyone,

I am new here!  I am not trying to sell my business at all, but certainly if you are interested, I would love to know you too!

I wanted to share with you that I have started an interactive dog event calendar on my website New England Dog Company....

The calendar allows any user to post and view dog-friendly events in the New England region.  We have over 2 dozen fun 2008 dog events listed already.  I am pretty excited about it!  I started my business because I became a new "dog Mom" two weeks before the pet food recalls started to a little ball of excitement and fur named Nick who quickly wormed his way into my heart - he has literally become the child I never had. One thing led to another....and I became very interested in dog health and nutrition. I home cook for Nick,  kinda like home schooling I guess for human kids as far as the reactions go!  But I believe that with the right information, along with the approval of my vet, this is the right feeding option for Nick.  He is healthy with no allergy symptoms, loves his fruits and veggies and lentils and of course, my PattyBakes home made treats.

As far as the calendar, there are so many times I heard about these dog-friendly events after the fact and wish I had known about it before!  My husband and I love to do "road trips" and there are lots of dog-friendly places to stay in New England, so I thought a calendar where people can post dog-friendly events specific to New England would be a fantastic resource for us all.

You can view the calendar and post your own dog events too at:

    http://www.newenglanddogcompany.com/CALENDAR.html

I hope you all can plan a fun summer or fall trip with your dog and that you find the calender useful and enjoyable!
