- What I want you to know about me
-
Chance is a two-year old, rescue. We've had him since the beginning of October 07' in replace of are late yellow Lab, Mason. I can't say I was too happy when my parents decided to bring him home. He was hyper, needy, and all around totally opposite of Mason. It took a little over a month for us to fully bond. Now that we have, I don't know how someone could have ever given him up. He's a goofy dog and the only dog I've ever met that just STRIVES for love. He's really good at entertaining himself and probably one of the quickest learning dogs I've ever met.
- Where I live
-
At home he is VERY spoiled. He has two beds, one for the living room and one in his crate were he can come and go as he please.
- Here's what happened when I first met my family
-
He was barking and barking, begging for attention. My mom put her fingers through the cage and he just wouldn't stop licking. Which is when we decided he had to come home with us. When we let him out of the cage, the first thing he did was knock my little sister straight down to the ground. She cried for a bit but soon got over it.
- Things I like
-
He loves ice cubes in his water, long walks or runs, sleeping on his back, playing with stuff that squeeks, shredding ANYTHING made of paper, sleeping, playing with ANY other dog (even the ones that are mean to him), being the center of attention, and all around life in general.
- Things I don't like
-
Hmm, this is tough. I guess the only thing he really doesn't like is peanut butter and bathes :) He's a pretty, happy go lucky dog other then that.
- My favorite food
-
rawhides (even though I know they're not good for him)
- My favorite toy
-
Oh my goodness he loves all his toys! He's very appreciative of any toy we buy him. He likes ones with squeakers in particular but I'd have to say that he favors his yellow loofa dog and his brown bunny the most.
- My favorite walk
-
Probably across the street into the big neighborhoods, but we don't get to do that one very often.
- The tricks I do best
-
Sit, Pretty Sit (sit up on his hind legs), and paw. I haven't really taught him that much yet.
