Big dilemma

UPDATE...
 
It's been just over 2 months since we brought Bella home.  She's doing very well.  She has made friends with the neighbors dogs behind us and next to us.  They'll run up and down the fence line with each other.  Bella's primary residence/sleepquarters are now outside in the fenced in .25 acre backyard (plenty of shade too).  I built her a mansion of a dog house.  Then, when we're home, we'll let her in the house to be around us if we're not outside with her.  The garage is heated with a doggy-door to the backyard for when winter comes.   For summer, all I need to do is tap into my house HVAC system so that there is some cooling in there for relief from the heat.   
 
She taught herself to climb the swingset ladder and go down the slide.  It's become a lot of fun.  Her walks are tons better now.  We jog on walks so that we get a nice pace of exercise without her pulling.
 
She has been able to control her excitement to the point that when we arrive home, she doesn't jump all over us like she use to.  That area needs improvement, though, when it's our friends who come over. 
 
Does anyone have an idea what size she might be when she's fully grown?  At two months, she weighed around 9 lbs.  Now, at 4 months, she weighs 23 lbs. 
 
I'll post pics so you can help us identify what breeds make up this beautiful pup.  Thanks for all ths posts and encouraging messages.

If she's 23 pounds at 4 months, I'm guessing she will be a nice medium sized dog, perhaps 35-38 pounds.  She will look more like her adult version when she hits 7-8 months of age.
It sounds like you are feeling better about being a puppy parent!
Keep in mind that she is coming into adolescence, which can involve some "selective hearing" about commands that she already knows, plus the second chewing stage.  After that, you are pretty much out of the woods LOL.  It's a great time to take a refresher class, and keep her thinking that the humans are still in charge.
