Tried to take Rory to see Santa

This is why santa should be prosecuted:

    Child Labor (those poor Elves)
    Breaking and Entering
Animal Cruelty (who would whip a reindeer?!)

I never understood why people would want some fat guy to break into your house, eat you delicious cookies, and THEN leave you things! Some guy in my house while I'm sleeping? No  thank you *shudders*

I took my new border collie pup Joy and my dads girlfriends Bichon Bear to see santa at our PetSmart yesterday. She flew under the bench where h was sitting and wouldn't get up. I had to coax her out with treats. Her first picture turned out really nice. I'm sending it to her breeder. The other one I"m keeping, which is a picture where her head is cocked and she has one ear up, the tip of her tongue is sticking out an inch in front, and you can see a treat falling out in mid-air.

It just might be the Santa's helper this year that makes her feel scared and maybe next year she might be wanting to run into Santa's arms next year with a smile on her face.

Blue's first and this year he had a blast with Santa and went running up their without a second thought. Last year was a whole other story he hid behind me would stick his head out behind my legs then bury back into my legs  He wanted nothing to do with Santa and tried to go with me when I placed him in front of him.

Sometimes all it takes to scare a dog is a weird HAT.

Hey, my little sister peed on Santa at least once. [:D]

At least she did not start barking at him from the top of her lungs, like one racoon looking dog did, oh there was a show of teeth too, the whole time backing up until his butt hit my legs.  The moment Santa was out of sight, Romeo started killing everyone with kisses. [:o]
He has seen Santa before, he just did not like this particular one. [8D]

I had just the opposite happen.  I decided to not take 9 month  Lola bulldog for fear that Santa would scare the crap out of her.  Thought 'lets wait a year".

We took Lola to Petsmart yesterday just to return a crate.  but there we were and there was Santa and the local rescue PAWS was going around soliciting dogs for photos.  So I put Lola up on the bench with Santa and sat next to her and she loved Santa !   The pics were so cute, she wasn;t scared at all,,,and no, I declined putting antlers or other costumes on.
