just chapstick..I never wear lipstick..or any makeup for that matter

ditto. I never wear makeup (ok I lie I did wear makeup as part of a class assignment for my philosophy of gender course). I just use chapstick or Burts beeswax.

I don't use either. In the winter, my lips turn brighter red b/c of exposure and in the summer, b/c of being in the sun. I don't get chapped lips and I hate when my hair blows into my face and gets all mucked up in lipstick, so I've given up. If I'm going to a formal event, I make my own. I have this sample palette of many different blushes so since I rarely wear lipstick, instead of buying it, I use some Carmex and add in whatever blush color I want for my lips and voila! lipstick. Actually, it's more of a stain that lasts for an evening. I don't ever use gloss b/c I prefer matte finish to glossy.

I have a make-up drawer and case that would make your head spin! I'm addicted to all things make-up. I like both gloss and stick, depends what my mood is and what color I want.

I like Smashbox products and Bare Essecentials. Both have nice lip products. I also like a Rimmel gloss I have.

ooooh! yeah. Two of my favorites. Have you tried the Bare Escentuals "Buxom Lips"? It's my new fav. I will try the Rimmel since you recommend it. Is there a specific formula that's good?

My friend has Bare Escentuals and I want some soooo bad.

Have any of you ever used Lip Smackers? It has THE BEST chapstick. They smell great, shine, and even have some color.

Just wanted to mention that after the earlier thread about Burt's Bees Honey Lip Balm and I bought some but found it to be really grainy and so I emailed the company. They emailed back and said they gone thru a change in their formulation and would send me another one. I got it yesterday and it was night and day difference. The new one goes on really smooth [

] I order that and Smashbox from QVC and have always loved everything from both companies.

The Rimmel I have and like is the Vinyl Lip in a real soft mauvy color. I also have a Rimmel Jelly Gloss and I don't love it all that much. Doesn't stay on right! [:@]

Their foundation and Mineral Veil are absolutely a must!! Love that stuff! Like you're not wearing anything at all, yet has great coverage.

That's great! What are the ingredients of the tube they replaced yours with? I left my grainy one in my room (it was a hot day), and I think it melted a little because now it goes on smooth.

LADIES: Lipstick or lipgloss?
