Cincinnati, Ohio has 2 that I can think of off the top of my head.

    1. Skyline Chili. What's different about this is it's made with cocoa and cinnamon and we eat it over a bed of noodles and with cheese and onions on top. YUM.

Oh yea baby! Skyline Chili is the best!!! The way you described is that 2-way or 3-way. I can't remember all the ingredients and what make up each "way" version.

Down here, almost every restaurant serves chicken fried steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, & green beans.  The chicken fried steaks are the size of the plate, greasy, and smothered in gravy.  Wow, I'm feeling kinda hungry.

chocolate cheese. haha, i forgot about chocolate cheese. its absolutly disgusting, they invented it at MSU dairy. it is the consistency of cheese but it is chocolate. every once and awhile i will see it at a grocery store, but mostly it's only sold at msu. i never knew what to do with it.
