Socks and Shoes!

I have a friend from college who doesn't wear shoes, ever, unless there is snow on the ground or he is legally required to have footwear. We went to a hippie college where he didn't ever have to wear them... you should have seen the bottoms of his feet. He also lived in a treehouse. That's umm.. interesting. I went to school once in high school without shoes, but everyday! Although, nobody noticed that I wasn't wearing shoes. I suppose it may have helped that even though it was winter, I did have a habit of wearing sandals even if it was a bit too cold for it.
