I want say that I believe what ottoluv said. I may be wrong on this (for everyone) but here goes.

My daughter is a phlebotomist. When she was in training two nights in a row she called me crying. She coundn`t stand seeing the blood, needles, ect. She said she had to leave because she was going to faint. She decided to just give up the idea of becoming a phlebotomist. I felt so sorry for her. I told her she can accomplish what ever she sets her mind to accomplish. She did go back to training the next day and called me that night. She did it she finally took blood for the first time and she said it was fun. No feeling like she was going to faint. That was 5 years ago and she still loves her job and is also now a supervisor.

So for my daughter the feeling that your going to faint did leave her. I may you too.

melindar - I`m going to also tell you (you to can accomplish anything you want to accomplish just set you mind to do it.) I wish all the best to you and your future.

What do I tell the next person I interview for a job??

it sounds to me that you have at least one outstanding personal and career related goal: stability.

That's a good idea.  Stability should be in bold, underlined & the font size should be about 50.  [&:]

What exactly is a planner? I don't think I know for sure what one is.

My mom is a planner. She works for a manufacturing company, and she is like the liason between their customers and their suppliers. So when a customer puts in an order for, say, a car (hypothetical) - she would then coordinate with all the suppliers to make sure that the parts they need will be in-house on time for the build. Her background is also admin. You need good computer skills, and you need to be able to be fairly assertive with suppliers to make sure you get what you need.

The pay ranges alot depending how big the company is. Could be $30,000-$45,000 or so.

That job sounds like it would be pretty interesting!  I think I'm pretty good at the Admin stuff.  I've been doing it since 2000.  I'm also Word certified.  And STILL no one wants me.  I found out last week that my WPM has gone up.  I was at 55 wpm in '04 and now I'm up to 70 wpm. [:)]
