I'll be the first to admit I have a vile sense of humor. If it's raunchy, racist, disgusting, clever or whatever I'll probably fall off my chair laughing. With that said, I didn't
get Joel's humor.
I'm not one to "feed the monkeys" but there comes a time when you get tired of seeing misinformation being spread, when facts are being shown yet they must not be true because you(collective you) don't want to believe them or when certain subjects have been discussed, questions have been asked but when the attention is not on you what way to get it in full force than by starting a post on a "controversial" subject in which you know a lot of people are going to respond
especially if you're talking about things in which you really have no clue about? And that's not counting seeing a lot of things that would be considered "rule breakers" yet nothing seemed to be done about it.
After dealing with that nonsense and having it take up a lot of the board or even worse, finding it's way and corrupting a good thread, I can see why folks got pissed off, spoke their mind and/or moved on.
Either way, I'm going to try to maintain and not "feed the monkeys" in the future. It can be hard not to though. [8D]
