Dawnk777 - My vet said that Marley wouldn't have survived the night if I hadn't found him when I did. He was so dehydrated and in shock. I haven't had experience with the flies before, but she told me that all the eggs in his wounds were releasing toxins into his bloodstream as well. I truly think he laid down in my friends grass to die. It was just amazing timing that I happened to swing by her house and saw him there. (She wasn't home.) I look forward to becoming an active member on this board.
