Has anyone seen this pic before?

• Mark Posted : 8/17/2006 12:52:59 PM Maybe its me,but the dog looks photo shopped to me...maybe cut out,blown up,and reset into the pic...the shadows look good but i am just not sure. Is this your dog? • tacran Posted : 8/17/2006 1:31:04 PM Oh!  Just like my Tonka was!  Sure looks like a Bullmastiff to me.  I'd know that gorgeous, handsome look anywhere! When Tonka and I sat side by side, we probably looked like that.  I'm barely 5 feet tall, and he weighed 125-130 pounds.    There is something a bit odd about the proportion compared to the woman, though.  Perhaps a bit "enlarged" with photoshop, or just something about the depth or foreground angle since the dog seems to be slightly close to the camera.  At the very least, the dog appears to be too heavy (tho it's hard to tell because of where the shadow is on his body/backend.   Regardless - my heart is melting, and the familiar lump is in my throat as I'm reminded of my big, gentle, beautiful boy, and how much I ache for his face to be next to mine.[] 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. • tacran Posted : 8/17/2006 2:39:21 PM Jennifer - it's okay.  I'm always thinking of him throughout my waking hours, no matter where I am or what I'm doing.  And his face is always in my mind (as is the feel of his ears, smell of his fur, sound of his snoring, etc.).    It's actually nice to see a photo of one his "siblings" now and then - it's so unusual to spot one.  Today is the 7 month anniversary of when he went to the Bridge, so to see your photo today is like a little message from him I guess.
