A sad look with a little moaning gets DH and I running around the house to gather toys, treats and water. If we throw his squeezer toy too far away (more then 6 feet) while playing fetch in the backyard, Shaq will look at the toy, look back at us, and then lay down and moan. Basically he wants us to just toss the toy at his feet. Sometimes thats not enough, and he would really like us to place the toy in his mouth. He is the only dog I know who will lay on the ground while he plays tug-o-war. Poor, poor abused Shaq. • karin Posted : 8/14/2006 8:04:06 AM Annie: Does Grady know about your "boyfriend"? [] That is one adorable saint!   Shaq likes to lay next to the table while we are eating. He gives us this very serious, yet droopy look, and stares intently at whatever we are eating. This works not only on us, but guests as well. I think its something about the fact that Shaq can reach the table, and easily take our food but resists the tempation, and instead just moans and gives us sad looks. • karin Posted : 8/16/2006 6:49:18 PM Thank you. []   I grew up with several labs. As an adult I have owned saints (Shaq and Marley) and an great pyrenees (Sampson). Our giants do not eat that much. Shaq gets 4 to 5 cups of good quality kibble plus either raw or homecooked. We divide this into two meals.     Maria,  Shaq is glad that his buddy Talus is feeling better! Marley also sends her love!
