I worked my rear off outside today. I started out front and worked about 2 hours. I was feeling done when DH got home but then we ended up out back and I did another 2+ hours. I was tired, hot and thirsty when I came in but proud of what I got done. I laid down and read for awhile and was just drifting off when UPS rang the bell. That was the end of any nap, so I went back outside and puttered some more. I think I'll sleep good tonight.
When I was out front, the next door neighbor came over to let me know his 17 y.o. granddaughter was having a BD pool party at their house tomorrow night. He said there'd be about 20 noisy teenagers but it would all be over by 9:30. I really appreciated him letting me know. I doubt it'll be anything like the kinds of parties that happened in our former neighborhood.
