OK I am not laughing but um yea I have heard of restaurants the specialize in using roadkill - shudders
I was at one of the local lakes, a smallish one, and not a clean one. I saw 3 people fishing all wearing tee shirts from a local Chinese buffet place - employee tee shirts
It was before lunch and I had a nasty feeling the catch was bound for the buffet. shudders............

There are a few others that sound nice that use red wine reductions and rosemary
I made some pumpkin gnocchi with sage butter sauce last night to go with lemon pepper crusted chicken breast filled with havarti cheese and sage. I am clearly on one of my streaks in which I feel like cooking. It will end soon - in the meantime I'll eat well LOL
BTW Cathy the little t-bone chops from Costco are really thick and quite filling. I think I have 6 of them for DH & I
