Mindless Monday Chat

Naw, I had to work today.  However, by the time I cleaned up the kitchen again yesterday, did a bit of cleaning up in the house, wound down, etc, it was after one before I dozed off and the alarm went off at 6.  Wanted to throw the blasted thing through a window or something.

So....Saturday i did allllll the ground beef.  Yesterday was chicken, pork, twice baked taters, stuffed the shells and baked french and italian breads and apple muffins.  The kitchen again looked like a murder scene, but minus the skeeti sauce!

thank goodness Monday arrived so I could go back to work and get some rest!

Glenda you are my baking hero. I microwaved potatoes yesterday and that's about it ;p

Karen I want to pass out just reading about what the doc did to your finger.

Hehehe I earlier started to ask if you were still cooking then I remembered where I was and asked if you were still in the kitchen :)

mmmkay I love these so what do you do for putting back later???  I am big on freezing stuff when I can but have never thought about twice baked or stuffed shells.

Julie, if I won the lotto, I'd have my own resturant in a heartbeat!  I love to cook, to bake and all that good culinary stuff.

Ginger, if you can buy them in the freezer section, which you can both stuffed shells and twice baked, you can do it yourself, save a ton of $$ AND control added stuff that we probably shouldn't be eating anyway.  Poor freezer is begging for mercy.
