Finally Friday chat

 We're settled into our hotel here in West Virginia. The dogs went to Antietam Battlefield today. I posted a few pictures on Facebook, but I'll get more up later. Callie has finally settled down. She was jumping up at every little sound. At least now at the sounds, she's just looking up. Her heart is finally not racing,  because I was debating what I could give her. I don't think she'll be too happy tomorrow, but she'll learn to deal.

We went to Rostini's for dinner tonight and for the first time ever I couldn't finish a salad.  It was their chicken flatbread ranch salad, but instead of serving it on a plate they serve the salad on a pizza crust sprinkled with parmesan.  It was like trying to eat a huge salad plus a pizza. Definitely delicious, but something to order only if you haven't eaten all day and are absolutely starving.

Julie, glad your ears seem to be improving.  I am so looking forward to not setting the alarm for three days! We've had a big drop in temperature so the nights and mornings are really cool.  Good "sleeping in" weather.
