The kid spoke with the Pastor yesterday and the Pastor and him went out and bought some supplies for the dog, food, the Pastor showered *HER* himself. The 16 year old told me this at church when I questioned him. I'm going to pick him up with his dog right after this post so he can bring her here to play with Panda.   The Pastor spoke to him about everything, how responsible you have to be with a dog, and he understands. Now what I told him was, if the dog ends up in the same situation, it's better to give him up for adoption. So he can find a home for people who can "afford" him.
