I admit to enjoying bacon, sausages and ham...but my dogs don't get that stuff.  I can DECIDE to occassionally eat something not great for me...they can't.

Zuke's Mini Naturals in the salmon flavour are amazing.   They've been our training treat since the beginning and she doesn't get tired of them - I always carry a little bag with me.    She also likes Fromm's cheese treats, but I have to break them into smaller pieces and they crumble a bit - not as convenient for training, but I use them sometimes.

My dogs loved the Natural Balance Roll, and the Zuke's Mini Natural went over pretty well too, but not as well as the Zuke's Mini Naturals. Liver Treats worked really well, but I see she doesn't like that. I have used hot dogs and beef jerky as well, but you may not want to do that. Max likes little pieces of raw chicken too. He goes absolutely nuts for that, or for chicken wings, which would not be ideal for training.
Also, just a few other little notes... if you make sure she's hungry before you go to school, you may have more sucess with getting her to enjoy her treats. If you're feeding her shortly before you go, she won't be very hungry for her treats. It might be better to feed her after class, or to feed earlier, and/or less. I've also found that Max liked treats better if they came from my mouth. I don't mean you should put dog treats in your mouth, if you are going to do this, use treats that you wouldn't mind having in your mouth. Max goes nuts anything out of my mouth. We've used fruits, vegetables, beef jerky, and in times when I needed to keep him focused on me so that he didn't notice other things going on, I used what I had, which has included cookies, and around christmas time, I remember giving him candy canes, which I was eating obsessively. Since then i've been much better about carrying dog treats, so he hasn't had too much stuff of mine recently.

Organic, uncured turkey dogs:) Yes, I know....

Solid Gold Barking At The Moon.

Snackfish CAT treats (they're about the size of a kibble, and always a hit).

    CANZ Real Meat jerky treats.

Carrots, peas, bananas, bits of meat, anything edible works around here, too. Mine are chow hounds.

I've yet to meet a dog that would turn down bits of roast beef or chicken meat, or for really distracted dog let him lick at a container of smelly wet cat food as a reward. I know bacon and hot dogs aren't healthy, you don't want to feed them in bulks, but if you make a mix of assorted treats and toss in a few little bits of them often you get a dog that is really motivated because he knows, he knows that NEXT TIME he'll get that bit of bacon.
