How much does it cost for an annual check up in your area?

One place I bargain back the cost a teeny bit is I don't do fecals.  What I worm with is better than the stuff they give you at the vet (it takes care of protozoa, too), so I know my dogs don't have anything.

I also never give bordatella anymore.  They've been exposed to every kind of kennel cough there is thanks to the rescues, and I've never had a case here.  I'm not actually sure why, though I'm certainly grateful.[;)]

My visit for Bubby in April was:
    $39.50 comprehensive Physical Exam
17.00 Fecal (I swear I don't know why I did this but probably won't again)
     32.00 Heartworm test
Oh,,can't forget the 3.50 Medical Waste Disposal Fee.

Our vet works for the local shelter and is pretty cheap compared to others in the area.$25 for an office visit $7.50 for rabies $10 for urine/fecal $30 for HW test $87 for spay $67 for neuter.Blood tests are more because they dont have a lab and send them to the local hospital. He also will see up to 3 dogs for the office visit fee. When my oldest dog had a stroke he kept him at his house in his litchen for 2 days and charged me a 10$ hospitalization fee!

where do you live? I am moving!!! I need the name and telephone # to your vet.[:D]

Our vet charges around $30 for a visit and then it's between $10 and $20 for shots.  We can usually walk out at about $75 when all is said and done.  More like $100 with my senior.
