Cole's Story - and his Debut Picture

Congratulations!!  They look great together - Cole is a lucky pup!

I think he is slowly getting used to Cole.  They finally play wrestled this moring for about an hour, which totally knocked Cole out.  He is currently snoring in the crate.  [;)].

My camera's memory card is dead, and the pics you see are the last ones before it gave up.  Jen took some pics when they all met yesterday, so as I get them, I will post those.

We had a successful evening last night - a dry crate!  Kara (rescue angel) has been working on crate training them, which is awesome.  And she was working on the "no attention when you start wailing in the crate for no reason".  Whew!  I am so relieved to know there are other owners who feel the same way I do... other than all us nuts on i-dog!  [:D]

He' s just as cute as his brother.  I can't remember if you told us his mix or not.  Congrats!  Lenny, it WILL get better.  He will be lots of fun to wrestle with and Mom has enough love for the both of you!

    Liz,
Cole is beautiful & Lenny will adjust.....
I couldn't help but what wonder what breed is Lenny ?
He looks alot like my Coco, they say she is a doxie-chi mix.
They will get used to each other in no time.

What a sweet puppy! Congratulations! I'm sure Lenny and Cole will have great times together.

Congrats Liz and Lenny - Cole (or Louis or Squiggy) is adorable.  I think Lenny will come to realized pretty quickly the benefits of having another dog to wrestle with outweigh the tragedy of sharing some of Mommy's time.  In less than a week, Pofi and Mia have become inseparable.

    Oh he is soooo cute!

If you chew on his ears Lenny he'll mostly leave you alone for a little while! - Crusher.

Buster Brown,  (sorry, can't recall your "real" name) Lenyy is a doxie/JRT mix, about 10 months old.

Cole was listed as a terrier mix, but I really don't know what his mix is.  His brother and sister had much more wirey hair, like a schnauzer.  In the pics he looks like he has a JRT head, but his body is bulky.  Actually, some of his personality reminds me of a Boston, which is really odd.  I know he still has his nursing nose, but it's broad and flat like a Frenchy or Boston would be.

We had a big day today!  They got to wrestle a lot, and Cole got his new collar!

And get this - this evening he had to poop, and headed to the back door!  Woohoo!  Smart puppy!  However, he's not liking the kibble and has an upset tummy... off to find pumpkin.  It's amazing how he eats like he's been starved at every mini meal...

Here's a new pic of him, posted in the other thread as well...
