Does anyone here dress up their dog?

Oh my, those prisoners are hysterical!

Guilty as charged, lol. For St Patricks Day, I bought a little green tshirt that had shamrocks and ladybugs all over it. She also has a sweatshirt, a raincoat, a denim jacket, etc etc. She doesn't mind it, once I get it on her, of course. When I first put it on her, she bites at it.

I absolutely can not wait for Halloween! [:D]

No, I wanted to buy raincoats for the dogs (we live in WA and it rains all the time), but DH flat out refused. "Dogs don't wear clothes". So we have wet dogs running around all the time!

So far the closest thing I've done to dressing Gingerbread up is his new harness and leash (just got it in the mail today!!). It's from Fox & Hounds, it's the whale pattern with a matching leash. I really like that all their collars and harnesses come with a little sterling silver bone charm. Nice touch. :)

I do plan to buy some type of raincoat, at home he uses puppy pads, but when we travel of course he has to use the grass. When it's wet at all he gets SOAKED because he's so close to the ground, his belly, legs, everything.... I'm hoping that a jacket with "sleeves" and covering his belly and chest will at least help keep him more dry!

I guess the swarovski crystal barrette in his hair (in the picture) counts too. lol

Oh, that crystal barette is a nice touch!  His hair looks better than mine. [:D][:D]

We put on a bandanna every now and again. I swear, Tyler acts like "Hey, look at me - I'm one stylish dude". Christmas he has a pair of antlers (with blinky lights and plays a tune). Let's just say he tolerates them briefly. Long enough for a quick snapshot and a treat. Reminds me of the long suffering dog in the Grinch who stole Christmas.

    Shhh, don't tell a soul...
when we had the hotspot from he** with accompanying major skin damage Tyler wore some of my DH old briefs with a hole cut out for the tail. Had different colors, too. The joke used to be "The color of the day is (teal, tan, tidy whities, etc)". He looked hysterical! But, DH would not allow a single picture or to be out in public with them on.

Ah, at least I can still picture it in my mind[;)]

ooh, almost forgot the ducky diaper pin we used to tighten them up around the waist! I am still laughing thinking of it!!!

I sometimes dress JJ but sometimes JJ don't like it.  I brought two hats for her and it looked funny because she is too fluffy.  Makes her head look small with a big fluffy body.  [&:]  Other then that I buy cute harness, shirts, sweater and booties.  [:)]

Lol, thank you Fuzzy Dogs! I stopped putting the barrette in his hair because I got tired of people thinking he was a girl.

Then I started just using a plain white hairband and people STILL thought he was a girl. So I got the "manliest" harness/leash that I could (navy blue/forest green with whales) and hoping people get the idea, otherwise the poor little guy is going to have to start wearing a t-shirt that says "I'm a boy". lol

Here is April in her hat. [:D]
