Their ears are cropped and tail docked and the rear dew claws are removed. Their fur is short. Colors include Black, Chocolate, Fawn/Buckskin, Blue/Gray. Canis Panthers are solid in color   The Canis Panther is a very sensitive and loving animal to its family pack. They are very intelligent, easy to train and extremely loyal. • Firestorm Posted : 5/22/2007 10:22:06 AM I agree with Xerxes.  There are already many breeds that have been around for a very long time which are protectors or guard dogs. Actually, this breed is not on insurance company lists to flag.  The only issue you might have is if it was a trained protection/guard dog--some insurance companies are not into that.....
