What breed would you like to have?

• jjsmom06 Posted : 11/27/2006 1:17:29 PM I love my greyhounds and know I will always have at least 1 retired racer, but if I ever had the room and time I would also really consider having another type of sighthound and my favs are the Irish Wolfhound, Scottish Deerhound and after learning so much about them from Ed, I think I am in love with the Pharaoh Hound. []     If I was to go out of the “sighthound” category I would really like to have a Dane or a Dobe. • houndlove Posted : 11/27/2006 5:09:03 PM I forgot to add Rhodesian ridgeback. We think Conrad may have some ridgeback in him and I'm just in love with the couple that go to our dog park. To be honest though, I'm not sure I have a strong enough personality to deal with a ridgeback. The parts of Conrad's personality that could be attributable to any ridgeback he may have in him are not the parts that I deal quite so well with. • jones Posted : 11/27/2006 7:54:01 PM Realistically - I'm dying to get a shih tzu at some point. I love dogs who love people, and a tzu would fit right in with us.   Unrealistically - I love Goldens and also Sheltie (not very exotic but hey).
