Add me to the list of beagle owners. My girl is going to be 6 this year.
She is one of the few beagles in the world who is not food obsessed. She is a tad over 15 inches and weighs about 23 pounds in summer and 27 in winter. We have a hard time keeping weight on her in summer. She is very ribby. She is currently refusing food for the thrid day. We have quit worrying about it. She just likes to do the self imposed hunger strikes. There is food in her dish. She will eat it when she is ready. Her behavior is very normal otherwise.
