Thank ALL of you so much for the support!! I am still struggling to figure out this list's ins and outs ,,,I thought I was replying to the thread every time I got a notice on my regular email ... guess not!!
Jazz was under just shy 2.5 hours, that's huge for a scent /sight hound. Normally we strive for less than 30 minute surgeries. But David the amazing vet, removed 5 pounds of tumor, still unable to establish clear margins thanks to the tenticles on the inside area of the tumor 
They stopped counting at 600 stitches!! She is healing beautifully. We may yet have another birthday with my beloveded girl!!!!! 
She will hopefully begin chemo soon in an effort to retard the regrowth of the tumor. She is gently snoring next to me.
Yet one more amazing blessing, the specialists wanted 1800. to 2500. for the same surgery w//same results... David charged us less than 300.00 as my great grandmother was known to say this man has many many jewels in his heavenly crown!!
Jazzers will be going on our trip with us at the end of the week and to the next dog show at Ocala to watch her daughter compete in Veterans, her grandaughter in BBE and the new goofy boy's debut. Life can be so bittersweet it hurts.
