For sure -- it's such a shattering diagnosis. I just lost a sister in law to bone cancer, so I truly DO understand.
I have Dr. Clemmons' cancer diet (he's a vet at the U of FL at Gainesville) that I'd be happy to send you. It's got lots of good info. A cancer diet is a diet low in carbs (particularly no grain carbs) -- it can help maximize any quality time you may have.
Radiation can be an option -- dogs react differently to chemo and radiation than we do, and it can sometimes be a good option.
But for sure -- good thots and prayers already on their way.
