    Prayers needed for Molly

My dear friend Don just adopted this sweet girl from a shelter over the Thanksgiving weekend.  She has become very sick, a bad respiratory infection, and the vet thinks it may possibly be pneumonia.  She is hospitalized now on IV fluids and antibiotics.  Molly appears to have had a tough life up until this point and we are all hoping she recovers and lives a long happy life.  I am so worried about her.  If everyone could send good thoughts her way it would be so appreciated.  Thank you so much!!

Molly looks like such a sweet girl.  I hope and pray that she gets better and can go home and be spoiled like she deserves.

Thank you all!  Molly was diagnosed with severe pneumonia, she will be at the vets for a few more days at least, but they are taking good care of her.  We are waiting for a morning update right now from the vet.  I'll feel much better once they call and we know she has made it through the night ok.

Prayers from Fl that Molly is home soon to enjoy all the love she deserves!

Tell Don he has blessings being asked for him - takes a special person to help a dog in need like that - I've seen too many where people just return as 'defective'!

May Don and Molly be blessed with many wonderful years.

Thank you everyone.  The vet still wants to keep her there, she said that Molly is still coughing up a lot of green stuff (sorry for the visual on that), and they want to keep her on the IV antibiotics and fluids a little longer.  After that when she goes home she will be on antibiotics for 3 weeks.  Don is afraid that Molly won't remember him since they only had her for a short time before this happened, but i think she will be thrilled to be home.

    thank you all again!
