 Update: They went to get a second opinion and decided to change surgeons. It is rescheduled for Tuesday.

 Since I'm just getting a chance to comment on this..sending positive vibes for next Tuesday.

So no appt on Friday (today) at all?  I'm glad she got right in somewhere else.

If you get a chance let her know please that even tho we don't know ANYTHING about her, we're praying and thinking good thots for her. She must be SO scared.

I think she has a pre-surgery consultation with the surgeon today. This one specializes in breast surgeries.

It's not someone I'm really close with; actually it's the daughter of a friend. But she's only 18 and could use all the good vibes and prayers she could get. 

 Thanks everyone - it's benign!! Surgery went well and she's doing fine.

Great news!  What a relief for her and her family.

Excellent news!  What a scary time it must've been for her.
