     Hi everybody,

    I have the nasty stomach bug that's going around. Eww. What makes matters worse, is this is the first Thanksgiving I have my own mobile grooming business. It's just me. So, I already rescheduled appointments for today and tomorrow, but Tuesday and Wednesday are going to be crazy! I'm just hoping I'm better by Tuesday. 101 fever, chills, and in the bathroom for a good part of the day. Gross!

    Laura -- sending an extra large supply of quick-healing vibes your way.  I hope you're feeling good enough to get through your busy days Tuesday and Wednesday and that you're able to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with no tummy troubles.  It's one thing to have a headcold -- you can often continue to plug along (albeit slowly) -- but fever and frequent bathroom visits are a different story.  Take care!

    Can you get hold of some Osceillococcinum?  CVS carries it -- it's a homeopathic but it is GREAT for anything viral.  don't take with food -- just empty the little container under your tongue ... and then repeat twice  more 6 hours apart.  Commonly it's used for colds but I'll tell you - it ROCKS for this kind of viral thing!

    Plenty of nasty-bug-go-away thoughts going to you.

    Stay hydrated, eat easily digestible stuff in small quantities but often, and take whatever works for you to bring the fever down.
