Billy needs prayers & good thots please

Sorry folks -- I've worked the whole weekend again (but dang, at least I eased some of the pressure).

He's doing well -- on Tuesday when we see Dr D (holistic vet) we're going to do a thorough rundown of what he's taking just to make sure nothing is counter-productive  or if we need to tweak anything. 

He FEELS good -- truly does.  They all stared at me when I came in tonight like "Hmmm -- and who are YOU, Lady??"

I'm late to this thread, too . . . I'm glad that the update is more positive than how the thread started!  Billy, you have the most incredibly strong spirit.  With that, and the amazing care you get from your Mom and Dad and your awesome vets, you are way ahead of the game when it comes to fighting any health scare that comes along!  Extra ear scritches from me . . . I'm glad that you're feeling good and that nothing horrible was spotted.  Good boy!

JUST seeing this.  Callie, David, Billy, Tink & Luna so many good vibes coming from PA.  My head is reeling for what you've been doing.  I know that Billy is in awesome hands with you & his staff.

Hi there Billy, just now seeing this cause we been away on vacation.  Hope you are feeling much better!   Tink my dear sweet little puggy if you are not getting enough attention....lol....use that special fairy dust on everyone!  Then if you stilllll dont get enough attention, come to my house :)   Luna sounds like its time for you to line everyone out!  

Callie sounds to me like you might be burnnin the candle at both ends, please dont wear yourself out!   We  are thinking good thought for the whole "Clan"

I seriously have been "burning the candle at both ends" -- and I think it's on fire in the middle too!

Work has just been insane.  The new woman working with me is an absolute GEM (and she has 5 dogs!) but it's just been an incredibly busy time lately -- it's always busy this time of year because of things that occur annually at this time PLUS other stuff.

Thank heavens the dog stuff has "settled down".  *phew*.  Billy's doing very well - the vets have decided that what we ARE doing is controlling it as well as it can be controlled (and we have made other HUGE strides in the past 4-6 months).  But there's still evaluation going on -- and we'll tweak where we can AND continue to monitor bloodwork and urinalysis.

 This might seem dumb to some, but I have a soft spot for Billy, because, to me, he's a (ha ha) "real" Cocker.  From his picture, and his stories, he seems like a gentle, quirky "old soul".  He has my thoughts... and so do you Callie.  Biggest hugs all round.
