Depending on what her levels are, you may want to look towards starting her on milk thistle & a diet that is easy on her liver.

When I worked in a clinic, we used deferoxamine on our iron toxicity dogs.  As I recall, it was expensive, but we did have good success with it.

 I'm so sorry about Abbie, she's got tons of fingers and paws crossed here for a quick recovery!  I'll be keeping her in my thoughts.

To add insult to injury though, It seems as though I have the swine flu as of this afternoon and now have a 101 temp and feel like crap! I hope no emergencies come up this weekend.
