Rich is finally at peace

Julie, you're in my thoughts and prayers.  Rick is at peace now, and not in pain anymore ... but knowing that doesn't necessarily ease your pain.  As time passes it will get easier.

Juliekay, you and Rich were on the back of my mind all weekend.  I'm sending sympathy and prayers your way.  I know that there can be some level of relief when you know your loved one is no longer suffering, and you were probably feeling "prepared" for this day, but I'm sure there will be a different kind of pain and sadness you feel now, and I'll continue to keep you in my thoughts as you face the days and weeks ahead.  Rich was blessed to have such a devoted companion by his side until the end . . . take comfort in knowing that he was not alone or in the care of strangers.  Peace to you and your family -- take care.

May you rest in peace Rich.  The pain and suffering he endured has finally ended. 

Julie, you have been and will continue to be in my thougths and prayers.  Rich was so lucky to have a wife strong enough to stand by his side through the entire thing, when the nurses couldn't even handle it.  As time passes may you find more peace and comfort yourself.  Rich will always be with you and he would want the same for you I am sure.  Even though the past months are fresh on your mind right now and that is all you can remember, as time passes you will again be able to remember all of the wonderful times you had together before he was so sick.
