My turn to ask for prayers...

Please post back and let us know how you and DH are doing.  You really have been on my mind since you first posted.      Sometimes, too when DH won't talk about things, it makes it more stressful for us, because we would rather talk and this just adds to our stress.

And, on another note,  I don't see an icon where the smiley is putting her foot in her mouth.  If so, that's what I would use here.  I did some research and found out that some places do use a Fleets ORAL solution - when you said Fleets, the only one I was aware of was the kind you get in the super market - and that is what they use for the sigmoidoscopy.  But, Fleets has a solution that is different from the Go-lytelys, and HalfLytely's --- so, foot in mouth, yes, if it was the oral solution, then he could have been getting the colonoscopy.     All I can say is my apologies again for upsetting you.

I'm a little late to this but just wanted to send my good thoughts and prayers out to you and DH.  The anticipation is way worse than the actual procedure.  My FIL had to have a colonoscopy few years back.  He refused to let anyone drive him to the hospital... refused to talk to us about what was going to happen... then after the procedure, he refused to let anyone drive him home even though he signed a form saying he wasn't driving himself home.  We found out after having a hissy fit that he did have polyps removed but everything was a -ok.  He's stubborn!! and his son is just like him!!!

I hope everything went well... you guys are still in my prayers.

Though I'm late to post, I had seen this earlier and have been sending out good thoughts and vibes, Marty.  I hope you are able to share a good report with us soon.
