Juliekay, I just read your post from NDR and then saw this and thought, although I do not have any words that will make things better.
 
At least I can say my thoughts are with you and your husband  and I'm sending good vibes. Please keep us updated on how is doing

I just wanted to add my well wishes for you and your husband and pray that God wraps his arms around you both and gives you strength to deal with whatever you'll be facing.  Hugs to both of you.

Heres just a quick update. Rich was seen by a cardiologist today. As it stands right now he can't withstand the surgery necessary for the cancer. The doctor feels maybe with angioplasty he could be. Rich isn't sure he wants to go though with it with all of his other problems. Besides the liver damage, he has peripheral neuropathy, osteoporosis with 3 lumber spinal fractures, osteoarthritis and has been dependant on  a wheelchair for 3 years. I'm not sure how I would feel if I was in his shoes. I did get him to agree to further tests just so we know. Hes going for a stress test ans a echo-cardiogram this week. After that I will leave the decision up to him. I know he would go through it if I insisted but that just wouldn't be fair. The only thing I am going to insist on is that if he decides against treatment we get hospice help. I went through hell a year ago  watching him suffer without help and I can't do it again. Thanks for  the prayers and well wishes, They mean a lot.
