You went and got a very active breed who is starting to have a peak energy level. Huskies can run, not walk, RUN for miles and miles every day. He needs to have a running partner, or go biking, or play fetch or go swimming for at least an hour most days. This will calm him down quite a bit.
However all this exercise may not rid him of his dominance level. From the picture in your post it looks like you don't actually have a husky, but a husky mix sled dog. These dogs were bred to have ultra high energy levels and endurance and they are very dominant, as a general rule.
A positive based obedience class is a must, as this will teach you and your dog how to relate to each other. Also, even though he "knows" all the basics, you might try an advanced class-despite what alot of people think they can be amazingly fun.
