What are your dog's strongest "personality traits"?

Traits I see and a select few---loyal, sweet and playful, protective

Traits others see depending on who they are--aggression, fear, aloofness

Kenya:

To me: velcro, loyal, attentive, submissive, high strung, intense, perfectionist

To others:  aloof, complacent, mellow, unflappable, sweet

 

Coke:

To me: goofy, jolly, playful, mischievous

To others: goofy, attention seeker, social 

Sasha - extremely social, moderately anxious. A classic lovable neurotic.  

Eko - bold & social.

B'asia - Quirky, Frenetic, Angelic

Mia - Playful, Submissive, Genuine

Jaia - Bold, Loyal, Goofy

Cara - Stoic, Appeasing, Watchful

Ben sees the best in everyone, people and dogs.  He's friendly, and if you aren't happy, he'll act like a goof until he hears you laugh.   

Chyna- Sweet, loyal, & watchful

Bevo- Intense, protective (of me), intelligent, loyal to a fault

Brinxx- Loving, & trusting

Shooter- Bold, stubborn, & gregarious

Schatzi-  Goofy, playful, & super sweet

Traits listed in order of the predominance.

Tasha -- Joyous, resilant, stubborn

Wolfgang -- Confident, friendly, impulsive

Floyd -- Intense, loyal, fearful

Penny - forever alert, master of Cute, determined to win over every human with her charm. She doesn't usually have to try very hard.

Bonnie (not a dog, but ten times as much personality as one!) - Passive aggressive, possibly bi-polar.

Kit (the famous hare)- flighty as hell but secretly just expects everyone to be nice to him. Spoilt brat.

Mum's Vallhund, Pyry - crazy smart, independent, predatory, but such a sweet little guy.

Mum's boxerXkelpie, Jill - Socially inept, idiot, off in the clouds.

Had five until Dancer went last year.    Fergie is getting up there, now.  She will be 19 on April 1 if she makes it.

Conrad sounds like Dog_ma's Sasha: social and a little anxious and neurotic, but lovably so. People tend to love him because he's so laid-back (most of the time) and loves to be loved and paid attention to. He makes anyone petting him or giving him attention feel like the most special person on the planet.

I know it's not really a personality trait, except that Marlowe kind of works it, but his cuteness is a weapon of mass destruction.  He's also extremely affectionate (with a select group of people) and demonstrative, and quite laid back as well. His snuggling abilities are unsurpassed.

On weekends, the thing I love most about my dogs is how happy they are to sleep late!  

 Dakota - aloof, confident and bossy/demanding

Neiko - caring, fun loving, social 

Billy -- "Mr. Perfect" - desperately seeking perfection to get approval, affectionate, very happy

Luna - "Ms. Worry-wart" - worries about everyone, "Nurse Dog" in the making, stubborn, tries really hard to let Billy *think* he's alpha

Kee - distrusts humans (they WILL eventually leave you, you know - they always have!), seeks simple pleasures (sleep, food, petting), very much wants to slip into the background and 'disappear'.  self-protective

 Bugsy - Joyous, intense, confident, playful and crazy loving

His physical power and energy are ever present and are a huge part of 'who he is'
 

Ares -- hard working, eager, stand-offish, crabby

Morgan -- loving, laid back, peaceful

Tyr -- devoted, focused

Nyx -- playful, determined, tenacious
